My garage door wouldn’t open. I called and they were very helpful and said I would be the first call and they would let me know when the repair guy was on the way. They called and Craig showed up about 20 minutes later. I told him my problem and he said it might be the coupler and he would change it out. He tried that and it still wasn’t working. So he suggested a new garage door opener. I said yes since mine was last installed in 1997. Craig was friendly, professional and installed my new opener. He even programmed my car so it would open the garage door. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received from everyone I experienced. I would highly recommend this company!!!
