I would give a 10 if I could. I was really impressed with the knowledge that the rep had about everything related to garage doors! The job was done quickly, reasonably, and with a lot of grace :-). I would have them come again most certainly. He even gave me detailed advice on how to fix a few things myself instead of charging me.
