I called them out to our business because our roll up door motor and safety chain fall stopped working. Phil came out and tested everything and confirmed the lift was shot. He tested the springs and said those were still good (an easy upsell that if someone wanted to could easily dupe someone into buying). He installed the new lift and it works beautifully. Way more quiet than the last one that was replaced. I called late on Monday and by noon on Wednesday we had an operating quiet roll up door. Super fast, super professional, super honest.
