I’d like to compliment Sunwest Garage Door Service for the excellent service they provided me last week. Sunwest installed a new garage door opener over a month ago. Unfortunately over the Labor Day weekend the unit stopped working. I sent an email to Sunwest on Sunday. Early Tuesday morning after the holiday I received a call from Sunwest that a technician would be out that morning. Ryan immediately diagnosed the problem. A new garage door opener was installed problem solved. Ryan also took the time to walk my wife through on how to program the remotes. His professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Sunwest for years to come.
